And here are the revenues and number of employees of the three major OEMs in the world:

• Toyota: $173 billion revenues, with 385,599 employees on a global scale.
• General Motors: $149 billion revenues, with 326,999 employees on a global scale.
• Volkswagen: $108.9 billion revenues, with 360,000 employees on a global scale (2007 data)
