TecnoNet is one year-old

Yes, time really flies: TecnoNet, Tecnomatrix portal for customer project management, is already one year-old! Happy Birthday!

And it has not stop to work all year long:

  • it has now 200 users
  • it has enabled the management of more than 300 projects, with a total of more than 70,000 operations – what with messages, RFQs and files sendings! –

Although it has meant a change in our project management system, TecnoNet has quickly been adopted by all our customers, because it allows a simple project management, an easy follow-up, and most of all an access at any time of the day! Our customers have lost their dimensional reports for their checking fixtures? And it is midnight? No problem: once connected to TecnoNet, they can get at any time all the information related to their projects, and download it.

This easy access and used has convinced everybody! What is more, TecnoNet has also brought the following advantages

  • ecologic savings: considering that, for each project, an minimum of 10 sheets of paper is used (between technical specificatinos, dimensional reports…), it means that in one year, TecnoNet will have enabled to save a minimum of 3,000 sheets of paper.
  • a better project management: since it enables to have an easier communication, wherever our customers are, TecnoNet ensures a better efficiency and more clarity, and limits the number of mistakes, as much from our side as from our customers’.
  • information transparency: since the creation of TecnoNet, our customers have exactly the same information as us for their checking fixtures. What is more, their dimensional reports, and pictures of their fixtures are now available the very day of their sendings, without having to wait for the delivery! This help solving any doubt there may have about a fixture immediately.

Let us hope that TecnoNet will celebrate many other birthdays, with more applications for our commodity. Thank you TecnoNet, and thank you Ferran Barba, the portal designer!
